B.T. Jewellers has been working with insurance adjusters for over 18 years, preparing and processing replacement quotes for clients with lost or stolen jewellery and giftware items.

We strive to ensure that your particular needs are satisfied in a pleasant, efficient, and sensitive manner, as we understand that those in need of this service have often been through a difficult time.

Our replacement quotes are free of charge and based on like kind and quality. With a large and varied selection of merchandise in our showroom, a fully trained staff to assist in obtaining a detailed description of each item, and a certified gemologist on site, we are able to provide you with a superior standard of accuracy.

When you are ready to begin selecting your new items, we have an extensive inventory of jewellery, watches, giftware, and accessories from which to choose. If we do not already have the item you seek, we can order it for you. Alternately, you may elect to have one of our skilled goldsmiths design a piece for you in our on-site manufacturing facility.

Once you have replaced your jewellery and giftware items, we are also equipped to provide you with appraisal certificates for them. These may be used for insurance purposes, and are prepared on site by our certified gemologist.
